Good afternoon everyone! It’s Friday and day three of the Dare to Get Dirty Challenges celebrating the Three Year Anniversary of the Splitcoast Fan Club. I hope you have been enjoying the challenges so far, that you are looking forward to those today and are getting ready for all those coming your way this weekend. I have one tomorrow and then another on Sunday. Hope you join me both of those days for some rockin’ fun!
This is one of my challenge cards for today. I made this one for Julia’s challenge! All the panels of the designer paper were sponged in distress ink and sewn together onto a black background panel. The image panel has French Script stamped lightly in the background. The motif, for lack of a better name, and the sentiment (which is crooked – and too late to change it) is rock and rolled and then stamped over the French Script.
Stamps: Baroque Motifs, French Script
Paper: Basic Black, Whisper White, BasicGrey Scarlett’s Letter
Ink: Tim Holtz Weathered Wood Distress Ink, Colorbox Chalk Charcoal, VersaMagic Red Brick and Red Magic
Accessories: Sewing Machine, Hodgepodge Hardware, Making Memories Brad, Dimensionals
absolutely beautiful card! I love the use of black.
Wow! Awesome! I love it!
holy cow, this is AWESOME, Sherry! LOVE it!
LOVE this “stunning” creation of yours!
Anne 🙂
