Good morning all! It’s Treasure Hunt Tuesday at Rubbernecker today! You can find the first clue and other information on the Rubbernecker Home page today. Both Shelly and Candy will be offering up Treasure Hunt Blog Candy today and you’ll want to visit their blogs for a chance to win.

I apologize for this being late, but I the entire day yesterday. We got back around 3:00 a.m. after the Akron show, and had to get up early to get Dave and Pat to the airport for their flight home. Once I got settled on the couch and answered some emails and phone calls, I crashed. I was awake long enough to watch Dancing with the Stars and as soon as it was over, I was back in bed. If I hadn’t forgotten to turn the alarm off on my cell phone, I probably would still be in bed now. Hopefully I was able to catch up on sleep yesterday and can get some chores done around the house today.

I never got a chance to take any photos at the show over the weekend. I did have a wonderful time working with Shelly and Juliana, and was to so happy to finally meet them both. So many of you stopped by the booth and I was overjoyed to meet each and every one of you. For me that is the best part of working one of the shows – I get to meet other online stamping friends. I was able to sneak over to the Gary Burlin booth for a bit and got a quick demo from Damien using Copic Markers. The technique is new to me, so I will most definitely be playing around with it in the next few days.

Today I have another sample that I made for the Akron show.

Fishing Hat

Now I’m really upset with myself. I just went to my files to pick up the recipe information and I didn’t save it apparently. I had input the info for the recipe label that I put on the back of my samples before I give them to Rubbernecker, and now I don’t have it. Darn it all! I didn’t even have time to take a photo of the product used so I’m really up chit creek! Anyhoo, I’m going to try and duplicate it here, but let me apologize now because I know I’ll forget something.
