Good Tuesday morning!  Well, we have come to the last Treasure Hunt Tuesday at Rubbernecker.  It’s been fun . . . but all good things must come to an end.  We do however, have some new things in the works that I think you’ll be very excited about.  I know I am!!

To check out all the details of the Treasure Hunt and to see which Designers are participating today, hop on over to the Rubbernecker Stamps Blog.  It is my pleasure to offer up the last Treasure Hunt Blog Candy today.

Bucks

I will be giving away two $10 Gift Certificates to be used at Rubbernecker Stamps.  All you have to do is leave a comment on this post and if you feel energetic, I would love to hear ideas for Friday Focus.  I have to tell you that my brain is just a little fried trying to think of something new each week.

I was feeling in a Valentine mood when I made my card for today.  I’ve had this image it seems like forever, but have never put ink to it.  The more I looked at it, the more I realized how cute it would be for a Valentine.

SO Make A Wish

But notice the sentiment on the outside, Wishing you.  Now on the inside it could be anything at all.  Wishing you . . . would be my Valentine, a Happy Birthday, a Speedy Recovery, would fall down the well, would leave me alone . . . Needless to say, the possibilities are endless!

  5. haha Love your comments on the wishing you…part. Your card is cute, the stamp adorable!

  6. This card is absolutely adorable, your coloring is awesome, and I love your humor!

  7. I love this stamp and what you did with it Miss Sherry!

  8. Happy New Year, Sherry! Since I’m one for learning new techniques, how about one that is easy enough to learn, doesn’t require too many supplies, and has a great look to it once it’s finished 🙂 Or, suggest using chip board, or anything that isn’t just cardstock, to accent a Valentine card (I bought some cute glitter-covered foam hearts over the weekend 😉 Love the card you made and the sentiment, “wishing you would fall in the well (just kidding, but it’s funny, right?)

  9. GREAT Card! You’re right! The possibilities are endless on this one!! Have a Happy New Year!

  11. That card is so cute…on the front! Ãœ How hilarious to have a total shock on the inside!

  12. Sherrie – love your card! Too cute! As far as Friday Focus…maybe some different techniques or product spotlights? Happy New Year!

  13. love teasure tuesdays…. will miss them alot.

  14. Too cute, Sherry! I love all the matching polka dots!

  15. What a sweet card! It has been fun following the Tuesday Treasure Hunts. I’m looking forward to seeing what new lies in store for us!

  16. BWHAHAAA!! Fell down the well!! That’s my kind of card!! (love the irony of it being so sweet looking and then WHAMO!) hehe
Friday Focus~~hmmmm…..lately I’ve been thinking about what it was like before all the copics/airbrushes yaddayaddayadda. Was looking thru some old cards and came upon one that you gave me with the sea sponge background. Loved the texture. Maybe a “blast” from the past type thing? I like the suggestion of product focus too…..you see stuff, but don’t really know why this vs that.

  17. “Would fall down the well”. You crack me up. This is a cute stamp though. Sorry, I have no new ideas for you. Happy New Years!

  18. Too funny!! The card is darling – but becomes a bit twisted when I think of it with some of your “sentiments.” Hahaha Friday Focus – sketches and color challenges are my go-to inspirations. Perhaps you could create an “inspiration” challenge now that Beate has decided to stop doing hers? Just some ideas. I don’t blame you for being tired . . . you give us so much, you’ve probably given nearly every bit of your brain away! LOL Happy New Year and thanks for the chance to win some Rubbernecker bucks!!

  19. Here’s a long-shot: I’m here in Washington, D.C. and the city is really gearing up for the inauguration. Lots and lots of people are really excited and looking forward to this event. So how about a card — maybe postcard-type — to send to people who worked hard on the election and now want to really celebrate. Maybe something along the line of hard work pays off — congratulations. It might be the first card of its type for the first inauguration of this type.

  20. How about some ideas for using colored vellum. I picked up a boatload really cheap at Office Max and now have to use it… or hoard it!

  21. Hi Sherry! I love your work – Just in awe of it really. What fun blog candy today – I love rubbernecker and dave – he’s just fun to work for at the shows!

  22. Sherry – this is such a cute card and your comments made me laugh, which is exactly what I needed. Thank you !!! I am not familiar with Friday Focus, but would love to be a part of it. I hope you have a great day

  23. You crack me up….love this adorable image and what can I say about your coloring….GAWJESSS!!!

  24. Your sense of humor is delightful, and this card is delightful! ONLY YOU would come up with “fall down the well” sentiment. I am laughing out loud…..never loose your sense of humor! Friday’s idea: new technique; directions in easy print form so that ‘we’ could make a booklet.

  25. Oh Sherry – You’re so BAD! You are cracking me up!!!!!!! Thanks so much for the chance at the candy – you know I am addicted to Rubbernecker! ;0) Happy New Year!

  26. WOW! What a darling sweet card!! Totally adorable!!! TFS!!

  27. Love your card and your sense of humor. I just started making cards this year and am totally addicted!!! This is the first time I’ve entered a contest like this and hope to win sometime.

  28. Love the *rear* shot images ~~ thankfully, my *rear* isn’t in this image 🙂 Haaa!

I hope Mr. RubberNecker is going to still have a weekly contest; I really enjoyed the Treasure Hunt and always played no matter what.

Thanks for the opportunity to win some Candy!

  29. How about a Valentine Treat box,bag etc.??? It’s only about 6 weeks away and it takes some of us that long to find time to mass produce.

  30. I’m new to your blog. Your card is cute. Thank you for the contest. I will be checking back often.

  31. Sherry, everytime I visit your site I crack up! Somehow I think only YOU could get away with giving a card wishing the receiver to fall down the well! Ha! Ha! So Cute! I’m so new to all of the techniques that I don’t EVEN KNOW what copic markers are! Have a Happy New Year!

  32. Awww that is so sweet!

  33. Love your card. Had to chuckle about some of the saying you mentioned. Thanks for
    offering the candy.
