Much to my dismay I haven’t been able to transfer over the subscribers. Everything I’ve tried has failed so I must ask that you re-subscribe to the new blog. I hate that you have to do this and I don’t like inconveniencing any of you . . . BUT am asking pretty please with sugar on top that you do. Once again, here’s the new blog on Typepad . . . . Walkin’ on the BAD Side! You’ll need to follow the link and on the left hand side there is a place to sign up for email or for a reader! If you have questions, email me!
Thanks so much and I’ll see you on the other BAD side!
Hey y’all! Because I want a little more creative freedom over my blog, I’ve decided to switch to Typepad. My new blog can be found here:
Walkin’ on the BAD Side! It’s still a work in progress, as this is the first time I’ve been in the studio since my last post. Until I can get this blog imported to the new, I’ll have a reference back to this blog. For you email subscribers I’m hoping to switch over the feed so you won’t have to resubscribe. I’ll send a test on the new blog once I’ve done that to see if it worked. For you that subscribe in a reader, I’m afraid you’ll have to subscribe to the new feed. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this will cause you, but I believe in the long run we’ll all be much happier!
Entering the contest is now closed. Thank you for participating and good luck!

I’m thrilled to share my Spellbinders™ Surprise Party!! project with you. I have two different cards to show you, each made with the same supplies. I thought it would be fun to show how one image can look different by changing techniques.
For my first card, I decided to layer my image using Spellbinders™ S4-246 Labels Eleven. Here’s a close up of the image.
I’ve made a video tutorial explaining how I die cut/embossed each individual layer and layered them as one image.
Die Name: Labels Eleven
Die SKU: S4-246
MSRP: $24.99
Die Dimensions:
1. 1-1/8 x 13/16”
2. 1-3/4 x 1-1/4”
3. 2-3/8 x 1-11/16”
4. 2-15/16 x 2-1/8”
5. 3-5/8 x 2-9/16”
6. 4-1/4 x 3”
For my second card, the same image was covered with Rock Candy Distress Crackle Paint and then sponged with ink. Using Spellbinders™ S4-246 Labels Eleven, I cut two frames to highlight the image and background panel.
Well, I still don’t have any stamping I can show you . . . I do on Wednesday though! That’s my day in the Spellbinders™ Surprise Party.
I did want to point out however, that Just For Fun Rubber Stamps is having a Year-End Holiday Special of 25% Off all items on the site through January 31, 2010. It’s their way of thanking you for your patronage throughout the year and wishing you Happy Holidays!
For those of you in the Mesquite, Texas area going to the Stamp Scrap Art Tour Rubber Stamp Show, January 16-17, please stop by the Just for Fun Booth and say hello to Debby and Rick! I just looked at the list of vendors and wish I was going to be there myself!
Well, I still have lots to do so that I’m ready for Wednesday . . . . of course I’m behind! I hope y’all have a great day and thanks for stopping by!!!
You’ve got to check out the new Just For Fun Rubber Stamps Blog! Sandy Sandrus has written a fabulous tutorial on the Faux Postage Technique using the Just For Fun templates and stamps!
