Well, here I sit . . . still in my recliner but feeling better day after day.  I went back to the doctor on Tuesday expecting to get the stitches removed . . . since they did make the appointment for me.  BUT (notice how that’s a big but), they wanted to know why I was back so early.  Excuse Me!  Y’all made the appointment, I’m just showing up as told.  They did remove the stitches from the top of my ear down to my chin . . . thank goodness, because the very last one was driving me nuts.  I now have an appointment for Friday morning to hopefully have the rest removed (probably the other 33 or something like that).

Did I tell you that Mallory finally shaved my head for me over the weekend?  I really kind of like it . . . it feels so neat to rub it one way and then the other.  Okay i know  . . . sick, sick, sick.  But one way it’s really soft and the other bristly.

Now I wouldn’t do this for just anyone, but for you . . . . Her Royal Baldness!

Notice how that right eyebrow looks a little more perky that the left one?  Quite honestly, I think I may have still been on pain killers when this was done.  Those eyes do look a little glazed over!  Now the reason for the baldness  . . . this is how much they actually shaved my head the day of surgery.  I’m sorry, but half a Mohawk just didn’t do it for me!

You might as well share the entire adventure with me . . . Smiley from millan.net  If you are wondering why all the stitches, I got a mini facelift to have enough skin to cover the hole made from the surgery.

I still haven’t been in the studio. Today I finished getting the Christmas decorations gathered up so they could be taken downstairs. As long as they aren’t setting out anymore I can handle it and they can be put away much later.

The laundry is still going tonight and I’m hoping beyond all belief, that I feel like walking into the studio tomorrow.  I’ve been making notes, storing stuff on my computer that I find to be interested, and have some fab ideas to get down on paper.    I’m feeling some bad girl humor coming your way (right after the CHA projects that I’m supposed to have done and don’t).

As I’ve been telling everyone who has called the last couple of days, I’m feeling better with each passing day.  Now that I’m off the pain killers and taking Motrin for the hurts and ows, each day is easier.  I only wish not that I could actually sleep the way I like  . . . all curled up on my right side (NOT my left and NOT on my back)!  uh don’t even go there okay . . . I’m thinking it for you!
