Good morning! Here we are . . . again . . . . and even better the start of a long holiday weekend. I don’t think we have any plans other than loafing and hanging around the house. It could be that some of us get together one day this weekend, but more than likely that will happen at the last minute. I’m planning on spending the better part of the weekend working on the final sample for my Chunky Tag Class at Stampfest Orlando.
It being Friday, that means it’s also time for another Just For Fun® Friday Color Challenge. Sandy challenged all of us to use these colors this week:
We would love to have you play along with us! You don’t have to use Just For Fun® stamps, especially if you don’t have any yet. However, if you do play along, you might just be the lucky winner of a 25% Discount so you can go shopping!  All you have to do is make a card/project using the above colors and post a direct link using Mr. Linky on the Just For Fun® Blog.
For further inspiration, you should also visit the blogs of the other Designers. They’ve got some awesome projects to share with you today.

Here’s my project today.
The base is chipboard and the flower and leaves are made from Grunge Paper. The base was painted with Snow Cap acrylic paint, sanded in certain areas and then sponged with Vintage Photo. To make the sentiment pop, it was stamped in black after the background was stamped in coffee. I found an old vintage button with the thread still attached for the center of the flower . . . way too cool!
- Stamps: F3362 Parsley Look Sprigs, RB7001 Background Block, E3096 Dream and D3358 Large Loop Petal Daisy from Just For Fun® Rubber Stamps

Have a great weekend!
Holy Cow!! I just love this! Can you tell I’m up early? Been up since 3:30 a.m. Old age likes to play this trick on me. I wake up and think it’s time to rise and shine. I wander around at all hours of the morning!! Have a wonderful weekend!
What a great gift this would make for a graduate! Beautiful work, as always!
Thanks for sharing! :o) Enjoy your long weekend!
This is gorgeous Sherry, what a lovely wall hanging or a great gift idea. Is the flower grunge board or grunge paper? I didn’t know if grunge paper can take all the inking and hold it’s shape. Have a nice long holiday weekend. TFS!!! 😀

This is just amazing. Thanks!
so cool, I went to buy grunge paper at my LSS but they were out, will have to check again, I want to give a go at some of the flowers you have made!
[…] The panel itself is a balsa wood plague that I painted white, distressed it with my sanding tools and added some ink along the edges. The flowers and leaves are made from Grunge Board. This is actually a companion piece to go with the one from Color Challenge #13. […]
