Good morning!  How are y’all today?  Winter has finally come to the Ohio Valley.  I will admit that I was a tad bit spoiled with the warm weather into November (which meant it was still short weather for me) and as of yesterday its cold here . . . dammit I had to wear jeans (and socks)!

I guess my project today is well-timed  . . . snowflakes . . .

Actually, I made this project a few months ago and Graphic 45 showcased it on their blog yesterday (which you should hop over there and see Nicole’s fabulous flowers if you haven’t seen them yet).

ChristmasHangingFULL

The paper is Believe, A Christmas Carol, Happy Holidays and Tags 1 from the Graphic 45 Christmas Emporium Collection.

The snowflakes were were die cut from Spellbinders Create-A-Flake Three, stenciled, covered with Glossy Accents then Vintage Glass Glitter was sprinkled on the wet accents.

That’s all I have for now.  Thanks for stopping by and remember . . . life is short, embrace the adventures that come your way today!

  2. Amazing, Sherry! It’s always a treat to visit your blog to see what you’ve created.

  3. Cute project! Love the snowflakes!

  4. love the image, neat style of snowflakes, very cool!!

  5. Your wall hanging is terrific! I checked the G45 blog yesterday and recognized your work before I even read the text part! Those snowflakes are sensational, the paper ones, that is. I’m not ready for snow at all, but living in Missouri, it’ll come before long!

  6. Can’t tell you how much I look forward to your creations. This is beautiful. If only I had half your talent (:

  7. Hi Sherry ~ your wall art is FAB-U-LOUS 🙂 You need to open your own store so I can buy some of your flowers & snowflakes, already made. Can never get enough of them *drool*.

  8. Sherry, I love your projects! This is such a whimsical piece…really nice! My favorite element is the little spirals coming off the piece…makes it feel like those gorgeous snowflakes are spinning through the air. Stay warm!

  9. Sherry, your projects are always such a pleasure to look at. Amazing snowflakes!!! Winter has come to San Diego also. It probably isn’t as cold as Ohio but for us it is cold and we have been having some rain off and on. We need it thou. Water is very expensive here so any day we don’t have to water is quite a savings.
