Good morning!  I just got in from my Graphic 45 dinner and while I’m packing up to leave in the morning I remembered that I have one final project to share.

This is one I did for Graphic 45 and also one of my favorites.  We were challenged to make a tag from the Staples packaging and this is what I came up with, using the packaging from the Metal Doorplate.

I need to cut this short, but I’ll be able to post a little more when I arrive home.

Thanks for stopping by!

Good evening! What a great first day for CHA.  My demo at the Graphic 45 booth went fantastic and I’m so happy that some of you stopped by to see me in action.  I really had a great time!

Tomorrow is my last day on the convention floor but there is still lots more for me to see and do.  I’m sorry to say that I didn’t get many pictures made today, and that that I did make are on my phone.

Remember the other day when I was talking about the lady from Old Curiosity Shoppe and that I thought she had so many possibilities?   Well here she is in her final form:

I think she might have to fly when no one can see . . .  really soon!

So that’s it for now, getting ready to head out for dinner.

When you read this, I’ll be well on my way to CHA . . . Smiley from millan.net

Daisy will be picking me up from the airport and while we wait for the rest of our party to arrive, we’ll be visiting the beaches and walking around Newport (I think).

Hopefully I’ll have some fun photos to share tomorrow and then on Sunday, the first day of CHA, I can finally share some of my projects!

In the meantime, remember the other day when I said the lady from the Graphic 45 Old Curiosity Shoppe had lots of potential . . .

One other thing I want to show you today . . . the new Graphic 45 Staples, Metal Butterflies.  I worked up a few samples to include in my demo on Sunday . . .

Butterflies

The one in the top center is the only butterfly in the grouping that was left in the original metal.  Do you know what the bottom two were altered with?  Same colors too, but they look so different!

Oh woo hoo!  I just got clearance to share one of my Spellbinders projects with you!  I’ve been waiting all day to hear something and I finally have!  I’m so excited!

I had so much fun make the above card!  The base was die cut with Grand Rectangles and the flowers were made with Donna Salazar’s new die Spellbinders release, Bitty Blossoms.   The frame around the Journey tag is one of Samantha Walker’s new Spellbinders releases, Antique Frames and Accents.

I hope the sneak peeks were worth the wait for you!

I hope you have an excellent day and thanks for stopping by!

Yesterday I got this bright idea to take some pictures of my work room.  It really is a mess and I can use something, set it down, and then not find it again.  I wonder where my tweezers are?

If you look close enough, you might see some CHA projects laying around!
