Good morning!  Oh my BADness,  too much time went by without me posting anything.  I got so sidetracked with the baby last week (a little fussy, a little sick and a whole lot spoiled) that I never made it into the studio for very long at any given time.

Two things today!  First, I have posted a Valentine’s Day card over the Quietfire Creations Blog.

To see more pictures and get all the details, you’ll need to visit the Quietfire Creations Blog.

Secondly!  Quietfire has announced the 4th Annual Queen of Hearts Challenge! Check it out while you’re over there . . . lots of prizes, a Blog Hop, awards . . . just a whole lot of fun!

So that it’s for me right now!  I’ve got a mixed media project in process and can’t wait to share it with you . . . hopefully within the next few days!

Happy Monday!  I hope y’all had a great weekend.  I got to spend two entire days in the studio playing and getting all inky . . . it was fabulous!

Today is my day to post on the eP Blog.  I  altered one of my $ Michael’s frames with lots of goodies from Spellbinders, Studio 490 and dimensional flowers.

Good morning!  I’ve got to tell ya I did cartwheels yesterday . . . the Graphic 45 catalog hit my mailbox!  I’m so excited about their new releases and can’t wait to get my hands on both French Country and Secret Garden.  I’ve been waiting for these two collections  . . . they absolutely scream at me!

Did you all see the new eP e-Team Picks Challenge posted yesterday on the eP Blog?  I have a project started for it, but it’s still a work in progress and might be another day or two.  How could I not participate in an altered box challenge?  Hopefully, it will be worth your wait to see it!

What do you guys think of the new  Spellbinders™ 3D M-Bossabilities™ folders?  The minute I saw them, I knew that they would be a perfect match for Quietfire Designs and even hinted to Suzanne that she was going to love the new folders  . . . I can see some fabulous designs for these!  Yesterday, in between awake and nap times, I was able to work up a simple and easy card using a Thank You sentiment from Quietfire.

This card is posted over on the Quietfire Creations Blog today!  In order to get all the deets and more pictures you’ll need to hop over there.

That’s it for me today.  Thanks for stopping by  . . . I’m off to place a G45 order!

Project Supplies:

Good morning!  Well, I thought I would get this project written up and posted a little earlier (like yesterday), but apparently it didn’t happen.   I started working on a another project (while Hadlee was napping) for the eclectic Paperie Challenge this week, but honestly . . . I didn’t get too far.

Anyhoo, for the project I have to share today.  It’s one I submitted to Spellbinders™ for CHA.  I’m assuming it got there and was in the booth . . . I still haven’t seen pictures of this particular one.  My assignment for this one, was the new LF-018 Grand Decorative Labels One.

CHADecoGrandLabelsOneFrame

Graphic 45 Olde Curiosity Shoppe Collection was used for the project.  Each layer is the G45 paper die cut with the Grand Decorative Labels One, which was then mounted on a piece of thin chipboard that had been die cut with Grand Labels One.

CHADecoGrandLabelsOneFrameCLOSEUP

The depth for the frame was created by die cutting multiple layers of thin chipboard with Labels One.

CHADecoGrandLabelsOneFrameCLOSEUPButterfly

The butterfly was cut out twice, with the second covered in Spiced Marmalade Distress Stickles and mounted over the top of the bottom butterfly.

That’s all for me today and I think this I my last CHA project to share.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a great day!
