This afternoon I moved the laptop back into the studio and picked up all my mess from the Spellbinders™ Surprise Party.  When I had a clean and organized work area once again, I felt like being a little creative.  Actually, I wanted to make one more 3D image using the Spellbinders™ S4-246 Labels Eleven.  Now I haven’t put the 3D image on a project yet, but I do want to share what I’ve got.

Now here’s what I was really going for!  The negative version of the above image.

SherryCheeverLabels11NegativeBLOG

I can’t decide about this negative 3D image.  It will be very difficult and rather awkward to put on a card.  I’m thinking that using this part of the project in some type of frame is what will happen.  I do think it’s cool looking though.  Sorry that’s is blurry  . . . I just noticed it!  Darn it all.

Once again I’ve used a downloadable image from TwistedPapers.com.  If you love vintage images this is the site for you.  There are so many to choose from and I’ve yet not to find what I’m looking for!

I’ll be working on adding these images to a project over the next little bit.  I can’t wait to see what I come up with.  In the meantime, I hope you find your adventure in today and remember life is short . . . make the most of your day!

Entering the contest is now closed.  Thank you for participating and good luck!

I’m thrilled to share my Spellbinders™ Surprise Party!! project with you. I have two different cards to show you, each made with the same supplies. I thought it would be fun to show how one image can look different by changing techniques.

LABELS11FINAL1

For my first card, I decided to layer my image using Spellbinders™ S4-246 Labels Eleven. Here’s a close up of the image.

I’ve made a video tutorial explaining how I die cut/embossed each individual layer and layered them as one image.
