Hey it’s WOW, I can’t believe that we leave for CHA in one week! I guess I better get myself in gear and buy those comfortable walking shoes that aren’t wintery. I’m so excited to see Jeanne, Kittie, Dave and Rob again, and I finally get to meet Pat, Tosha and Linda. WOO HOO! Before you even ask, I will have my laptop and will be blogging from California. Jeanne and I are hanging out for an extra week and hopefully will have some good times to share!

Today is the Limited Supply Challenge on Splitcoast. When I read the description this morning, I thought what in the world! We were to use the Super Bowl for our inspiration. Now, I am NOT a football fan. Give me college hoops and I’m in my glory, but football – no way! We did have our choice of options though – a football card, team colors, a party, a commercial or even a hunky player. Well, my little twisted mind went to work and this is what I came up with. PIGS!!! Pigskins, footballs – BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Not only are they dancing, but they are dreaming of becoming footballs, creating that perfect ball, and inspiring the players and fans! Oh I SO couldn’t help myself!

I started with this week’s Sketch Challenge for my layout and added a little twist – the sentiment. The image is colored with Copic Markers. The edges of the image, sentiment and designer paper were sponged with Walnut Stain Distress Ink. The image and the sentiment are both raised on mounting tape.

  6. You are TOO funny Sherry! Those piggies look so alive and real; I can hear their oinks and squeels all the way here…ha@ I can see your new RR (rubber room) is serving you well, and I admit, I’m SO BEYOND jealous :0)

What are you going to be doing at CHA ~~ Besides taking deep breaths of all the fresh rubber -{drool}- and damp ink? -{pant pant}- I’ve Never-Ever-EVER had the opportunity to attend CHA, but hear about it all the time. I’m really hoping that you take loads of pics and that you and Miss Inky Paws Jeanne, blog all about it 😉 Yes….even all the ~sick & demented~ exploits that the two of you encounter. -{smile}- I wanna hear all about it PlEaSe**

Does this mean I can come and live in your RR for the week? Remember, I am litter box trained LOL
