  1. Both lovely cards Sherry. So much pretty detail in the first one and the other is, as you say simply elegant. I’ve hardly started my Christmas cards, so quick cards it’ll have to be now, lol.

  8. Love your cards! I cannot decide which I like the best but great ideas for Christmas cards! I am partial to the second because the Krylon on the edge was the first card-making technique that I learned.

  10. These are just stunning. I can’t get over your 30 minute card! It looks like it took all day to make, and is so elegant. Can’t beat white and gold for Christmas….unless it is blue, white and gold! Wow….your snowflake card really packs a visual punch. From the crisp white bow, to the sparkly snowflake to the gorgeous sentiment on that incredible blue paper….it just dazzles!

  19. Sherry, both of those cards are so beautiful – love the blue and white and lots of sparkle for the snowflake card, and the classic elegance of the white and gold one – I think I may be caseing that for some of my cards as I have to send out 50 or so (and they are always late!!)

  21. Both cards are absolutely stunning, but that SNOWFLAKE just blows me away, Sherry! Where can I find some of the vintage glass glitter? Made a huge mistake last year ordering some “glass” glitter online; it doesn’t look anything like your glitter 🙁

  23. I love the gold and white card! The gold edging just makes the diecuts pop! Thanks for this idea. And for the glittered/layered snowflake idea as well. So Pretty!

    The second card is light visually and so elegant. I love that tree and sentiment stamp too. Most of my mail goes overseas so it is just the inspiration I need, thanks!

  26. Both cards are beautiful and I’m all for the layering of die cut shapes, but I really like the white and gold one. I love the Resplendent Rectangles die set. There are so many possibilities for using the dies together or alone. Using the gold leafing pen very elegantly highlighted the lacey edges.

  62. Beautiful cards Sherry. I’ve been trying to decide if I really need a snowflake die and which one to get. You may have tipped the choice. Love the elegance of the second card. That tree is perfect with that die set.
