Wow this day totally got by me . . . as did yesterday. The end of day three on the Hadlee watch and I’m absolutely exhausted . . . and she’s not even moving yet! We just need to get settled into a routine is all . . . and I need to try and get to bed a little earlier each night (this 5:30 am thing is murder).
Here’s a little tag I made this evening, and I must admit that I did have Hadlee’s Christmas present in mind while I was making it . . . guess that explains the colors.
The base of the tag was die cut from Neenah Classic Crest Solar White with Spellbinders™ Labels Ten and then I die cut/embossed another layer from some old Christmas paper, Memory Box – Yuletide. The edges of the Yuletide were distressed and then sponged with Spun Sugar Distress Ink.
The snowman and ticket are from Unity Stamp Company. The snowman was water colored with Distress Inks and then die cut/embossed with Spellbinders Circles.
Ranger Crystal Stickles were used on the fur of the jacket and hat. It looks pink here in the picture, but when looked at from another angle, they look green. I love the way they change colors with different light reflections. Sadly, you can’t get the true glimmer in the photo.
The seam binding was dyed with Spun Sugar and the Winter Tag was stamped in Evergreen Bough.

um, did I read right? 5:30am….. oh man, I would be on the floor dragging all day. And yes, once Hadlee is mobile….. watch out. It takes us hours to re-coup after the girls spend a night, lol. Your Roly Poly snowman is too stinkin’ cute. Love the colors and the glitter.
