Hey y’all!  I have a video to share with you today.  Back in December 2008, I wrote this Color Wash Faux Bleach Tutorial for Splitcoaststampers.  Recently I received an email from Beate Johns asking me if I could do a video for the tutorial.  Each week in the Splitcoaststampers Weekly Inkling, Beate revisits a tutorial someone might have missed and forgot about.  This week they are revisiting Color Wash Faux Bleach Tutorial.

I ended up with two parts to the video even though I tried to cut it down.  I at first thought I would end with the first video and edited and produced the video as such.  The more I thought about the tutorial, I knew I couldn’t stop there.  The second part contains such good information on using alcohol inks and I knew I had to share it.

So without further blabbering, here’s the first part which contains information on using Ranger Color Wash and then with water-based reinkers.

Part 2 of the video uses Ranger alcohol inks to do the technique.

I hope you enjoy them and you find something new.

Thanks for stopping by today and remember . . . life is short, don’t regret tomorrow the adventure you may have passed up today!
